This poor guy made one mistake and one mistake alone – forgetting to bring a pencil or pen to write notes with. Instead, he was forced to ask his teacher for one. The teacher, as you can see, was all too happy to oblige… by giving him a quill and inkpot.
We’re honestly not sure what lesson this is supposed to teach. “Remember to bring something to write with” is an obvious choice but if we knew we could pretend we’re Shakespeare and take notes with a feather, we’d never bring our pens!
