One of the great things about head tattoos is you can often cover them up by growing out your hair or wearing a wig or hat. This person has combined both of these by growing their hair and embracing their head tattoo.
We bet this has been enough to scare a few people over the years. Why do their eyes need to be so wide and terrifying? We’re not sure either. We just can’t help but laugh at the mustache and eyebrows that have been trimmed in.
