Nowadays, most people use elevators, and most people know that you have to press up if you want to go up, and you press down if you want to go down. It’s pretty simple, right? Apparently not. One person had to tell their friend that they were using an elevator all wrong – and things got pretty awkward.
That’s because they were convinced that you had to guess where the elevator and press the button accordingly. If they thought the elevator was below them, they would press the up button to bring it up…
