It seems as though people don’t just stock up on bread and milk when a little snow appears because there are other kinds of dramatic people out there. When this town saw the smallest flurry of snow, the dramatic ones who lived there immediately got themselves into action.
They grabbed their cones, and they cordoned off the area where the snow was lying. You know, just in case anyone decided to have some fun and make a snowball. This would have been their worst nightmare, too, as the snow is in the middle of a pathway!
