If respecting and trusting your elders was once a given among the young, today many of them are instead all about questioning all that has been taken for granted by the older generations. As annoying as that can seem to certain adults, it also gives much hope for the future.
These children are learning from a young age to voice their opinions and protest injustice. It will definitely be interesting to visit back with these schools to see if the students’ protests led to lasting changes.
