We get that any accidents between cars on the road are much more serious than accidents between pedestrians on the sidewalk, but we still believe that, if there are rules for driving, there should be some for walking. This Twitter user suggests #ThereShouldBeALaw to keep people from walking slowly and then stopping suddenly to read something on their phone. The worst part about those situations is that the causer of the accident always acts like they’re the victim!
