Some people simply can’t function without having a hot cup of coffee in the morning (actress Sofia Vergara is apparently one of them, and her husband knows not to approach her before she’s had her cup of joe), and this Twitter user wants to turn this into a law. We love to think about the hilarious ways it could be written up. Imagine law “H.R.9876 – less talky-talky more coffee-coffee.”
