This Twitter user proposed a controversial law, and we wish he had provided more details into his idea. He believes that you have to take a test to have kids, but this can be interpreted in so many ways. Did he mean that wannabe parents need to be tested for their parental skills, in a “how would you handle this specific crisis?” type of question, or would it be a more practical test, like “have two hours of sleep a day and then bathe your baby and roast a chicken at the same time and try not to mix those two”?
