If you have ever considered a career in the world of teaching, you may or may not have been put off by the fact that kids can be pretty brutal. In fact, their words can cut deep, and they can cause some serious burns that teachers try to laugh off.
I’m a second grade teacher… we were talking about Halloween costumes and one of my students shouted out that “Miss Porting doesn’t need a costume, she’s already scary.” #thatwascold

It’s not always possible to laugh off these things, though, especially if a student decides to tell you that you look as though you’re wearing a Halloween costume as you go about your daily life. We wonder if she failed them?
