Of course, Thiessen’s most famous roles back in the 1990s were in the high school series Saved by the Bell and Beverly Hills 90210. Since those teen idol roles, Thiessen has continued acting, and took on dramatic leading parts in television films such as Buried Secrets and Sweet Dreams. More recently, she featured as Elizabeth Burke in White Collar and as Lori Mendoza in the Netflix sitcom Alexa & Katie. Away from acting, Thiessen fronted her own cooking show, Dinner at Tiffani’s, for the Cooking Channel from 2015 to 2017.
