As Steve spoke with his father, he was amazed by how clueless Mark had been. He had no idea where Charlotte had taken their child when he was younger, and he just assumed that she had hidden their boy from him for all those years.
While Steve was happy to be able to speak to his real father, he was also left with even more questions than he started with. Although he will probably never know the answers, he still wants to know where his mother is and why she decided to take him all those years ago.
