So, what was this woman’s story? Carlina White was born in New York City in 1987 to Carl Tyson and Joy White. The couple was over the moon to welcome their little girl into their lives, but they knew that something wasn’t quite right with their daughter when she became ill.
She was just 19 days old, and they knew that they had to get her checked out. They took her to the hospital, and she was later diagnosed with an infection caused by swallowing delivery fluid at birth.
