Although the couple were extremely happy to have Tenzin in their lives, something about his supposed history just wasn’t adding up. That’s because Steve and Pat were told that their new adopted son was from Hawaiian descent – but there was nothing about his appearance to suggest such a heritage.
His blonde hair and blue eyes didn’t match up to what they were told, but they decided to ignore these questions and focus on raising him in a loving home instead.
