To a certain degree, we really respect what this person was going for. After all, it takes a lot of gumption and skill to make a dress out of a material as unwieldy as balloons. Had they picked a color like red or blue, this could have had quite the effect as they swanned about the school gymnasium.
Unfortunately, having picked green, they’ve made it look like their dress is composed of lima beans. Not to mention the popping is going to drive them to distraction.
