This is yet another example of when kids won’t resupply the toilet roll holder with a fresh roll. It’s not a difficult job, but these parents have had to create a personality for their toilet roll holder to get their kids to put more on.
This might get the message across, or these kids might just roll their eyes at their parent’s attempts at humor and continue to leave it well alone. We can only hope the kids found the face endearing and restocked it.
